When should I use stainless steel?

Stainless steel can be used in almost any application where carbon steel are used. However due to the commercial considerations, stainless steel is typically used in areas where increased corrosion resistance or high levels of hygiene are required.

Does Lasnek manufacture any products in material other than stainless steel?

To prevent cross contamination of manufactured product Lasnek only produce stainless steel systems.

In what grades of stainless steel do you manufacture?

304 as standard with the option of 316 – contact us for further specific information regarding individual product ranges.

When can I expect my goods?

For returning customers with an account our target is to despatch the next working day for small orders shipping by parcel freight. For larger orders shipping LTL estimated times will be provided at time of order.

I don’t have an account – can I still purchase?

For new or irregular customers, payment by either Mastercard or Visa is accepted – please note we do not accept Amex

Can I collect my goods?

Collection of goods either in person or by 3rd party freight from our IL facility is allowed – contact your Lasnek representative for further details.

How will my order be delivered?

Unless other wise instructed despatch of orders for smaller items will typically ship through 3rd party parcel providers ie UPS / FEDEX. Orders containing 10ft lengths will typically ship LTL best way depending on weight / volume / destination and date requested.

Can my order be shipped directly to a third party address?

Yes we can ship directly to a third party on receipt of written instructions containing the full address, contact details inclusive of telephone numbers.

I have over ordered - can I return?

Please contact our Sales Team to discuss any return requirements. Our Sales Team will advise if your returns meet with our Returns Policy, and a Returns Note Number will be issued accordingly.

Will Lasnek collect the goods I wish to return?

Yourselves will be responsible for the return carriage of any agreed returns. Goods must be received back by Lasnek in a re-saleable condition.

Is there a handling fee for returns?

Yes, a 25% handling / re-stocking fee will be applied to any credit issued.

Incorrect goods received - can I have a credit?

Please contact our Sales Team to advise any discrepancies within 3 days of receipt of delivery. Lasnek will arrange for the incorrect item(s) to be collected and returned to Lansek, and a credit note will be issued accordingly.
